  • What type of program is this?
    This program is an on your own training plan. You can pick your start date. Your best results will comes after 4 weeks. - pre-designed do it yourself training programs - video libraries for how to do each exercise
  • Are your current programs individualized?
    No, the current programs are go at your own pace, but come with a full video library. If you ever have any questions you can reach out. Videos from FAQ, come directly from athletes over the last 8 years to hopefully answer any questions you have.
  • What level of athlete is this training for?
    The current programs are designed for athletes ranging from high school to college. Especially if you don't have a coach, or you have a coach but want to learn more about how you can train and really take it to the next level.
  • Can I join if I’m recovering from an injury?
    If you have a minor injury, that gets better with recovery and massage, that is completely normal and okay, but if you are dealing with a major injury, it's best to come back to this program when you are able to do daily training with limited pain.
